Dolphin Entertainment, which is a children’s film and television company, is officially partnering up with the Ethereum NFT collection ‘The Flower Girls’ to create scripted and unscripted television series, books, video games, music, events, and merchandise that will be inspired by the NFT collection.
Flower Girls, in particular, is designed by female artist Varvara Aley, and each NFT provides ownership of a renaissance-style portrait of a young woman.
“Dolphins’ [sic] storied history of working with children and their ongoing support of children’s charities across the globe align flawlessly with our mission,” Alay said in an official statement.
Flower Girls is donating 20% of its profits to children’s charities, and has already donated more than $400,000, and is donating an additional 5% of profits toward supporting NFT collections created or designed by children.
Reese Witherspoon, Eva Longoria, Brie Larson, Gwyneth Paltrow and America Ferrara are among holders, along with Snoop Dogg.
